Just came back to Destiny after 4 years...happy to see Jötun still fun to play

I played a GM at around 2010 power and it didnt feel harder than past seasons (i set fireteam power). My guess is they tinkered with health when they standardized all the -5 etc stuff

LOL I play on 1 PC for 5-6 hrs a day and it does not get hot my man that's just funny, an Xbox or PS5 gets hot as a mofo playing that long own em both too I know that's why I play PC now.

Right lad I am only just returning to Destiny within a week I soloed all of the whisper mission collected everything beat it on hard lol had the ship gun and cat but yet I returned to Eris received my goods but yet when I go to reshape the rifle there are only to intrinsic perks available even after levelling it up ...? although i collected everything all the perk nodes etc ...any clue lad please..?

Mr. Clarity reporting for duty, ha! I just wanted to address your comments about changes to Dragon's Breath. Last season, Dragon's Breath was consistently one-shotting tanks for me as well, even on Legend, but it did not on certain runs. And it won't this season. That's because Dragon's Breath never one-shot tanks when I was a Sherpa: having another fireteam member meant I could not take advantage of Solo Operator. I always had to supplement my damage with a few shots from Mountaintop or Indebted Kindness. I believe this makes enough of a difference this season, and that it's unlikely that Bungie made some additional unspecified change to the weapon. Nevertheless, Dragon's Breath remains one of my favorite weapons as a solo challenge PvE player, and I am approaching 13,000 kills.What dragon's breath offers is extremely high total damage. It is the whisper of the worm of rocket launchers. It does not do damage faster than other weapons, but you will have more damage in your pocket then you will with almost anything else. It also lets you do damage over time so you can multitask and it takes out surrounding trash ads for free. It also synergizes beautifully with song of flame as ignitions cause it to reload. Following up a dragon's breath shot with a single song of flame grenade causes it to reload instantly. On another note, as a many-years-long watcher of your content, I spontaneously loaded up this video on the cardio machine. I think that if you had mentioned that there would be a facecam reveal, I would have come to this video a long time ago. It was great to put a face to the voice. to the voice.

Love the content but have to disagree with the content creators argument. I've been playing Destiny since 2014 and I have my favourites. I don't think any creator "deserves" subs. It's all personal preference. I watch Datto but don't find some of his vids that informative. I'm not a fan of Saltagreppo either. Plenty of other good creators like Fallout, Mactics as you said. Each to their own I guess. I'll be interested to see what that other game is like. Cheers for the vids as always.

I feel as though what you don't realise is that the vast majority of players areen't comptitive in D@ or any other game for that matter. Your contnt and other engame players cater to likely lless than 1% of the top players.Esoterrick is an exception since he also makes basic guides and has been consistent since the beginning. People who watch big youtubers may not be even getting close to engdame material, but they're at least looking up content for their game which likely puts them above 50% of the playerbase even if all they do is watch a TWID rundown. I'm the type to REALLY learn a game I play, hence why I'm here, and it's been an eye opener to realize that I (and yourself) am in the minority of the minority of the minority. First, I watch YT for D2, AND I watch it for endgame content, AND I watch it to try and learn and understand (Solo commentary run not just a "farm GM's easy vid"). As much as I ahte to say it, I have a deep conviction that people like us just struggle to cater to most people and could never get the numbers as more "personality type creators" who can speak better to most. Datto even made a whole personality out of this situation with the "elitist Datoo" thing to try and gain favor with casuals. Skill at a game and skill at content creation are 2 very different things and the audience overlap is a ven diagram. I never watch Aztecross, but I did when I was new to the game. When I didn't even know all the weapons or what DIM was, what would your or other endgame player's content have provided? Not flaming, just giving you something to think about. It is what it is. I also play LEague of Legends and that game has the opposite problem. There's almost no major creators who aren't Pro, Ex-Pro, of the highest rank in the game. Not every game is the same ofc butLeague ios definitely the exception. Most people don't want to think, and if they want to improve, they're frankly better off with a TWID rundown than a solo GM commentary because they are just fundamentally casual. I really wish you as much success as possible man. Love your content. Just sharing my 2 cents from being in the content consumption side for a while.

After watching you use the LMG in your last video I actually went and crafted it, but I focused more on range and man it DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. I was shredding with that bad boy. It might be my new LMG of choice. As for your final stretch of commentary, I get the frustration, but I think that it’s something you mentioned. Guys like Datto and Aztecross came in early and cornered the market fast. Guys like Esoterickk came in, found a niche, and locked it down. So a player like you who is fantastic and funny enough offers a lane that no one else has done like you, has a harder road, and a harder one then you should really. It’s unfortunate that fantastic players don’t get the shine they should get, but depending on who it is, I see why. Someone like Saltagreppo has a really bad rep, which to me is unfounded, but when a narrative gets going that’s it. A guy like Snazzyrock is a fierce player, but his type of content isn’t something the casual player, who is the majority, is into, then there’s someone like you, who just doesn’t get the love you should get.

I totally agree with you on the subject of xp. I play all three characters and I play a lot and I’m only 2016. This far into lightfall I was easily 3 times higher lvl wise.

Honestly double super granting exotic wouldn't break the "DPS" as long as it doesn't give any other buffs. Golden gun is good cause of Celestrial/star eaters... Without it, having 2 super back to back won't affect it as much. Thundercrash is good cause of Curious of Fallen star... And I can't really think of any super-buffing exotic for Warlocks.

Weird...my base gear level is 1994, but my Artifact is already +14. Maybe you should play the game more instead of just rushing to hard content to get higher gear LOL

With regard to the bigger creators getting away with making errors, aztecross is the worst. He claimed that Ticcu's Sacred Flame x5 and x6 are the same damage boost, when x6 is definitely a higher buff. That was around the same time when a couple dev interviews came out back-to-back before lightfall, and he covered them (or basically cut it up and added nothing). I wanted more info on one topic he rushed past, so I went looking for the link he said would be in the description. There was no such link in the description, just a dozen useless affiliated, promo, and social media links. One mess up, it happens. Happened again the very next day with the next interview. Again, no link in description. That's when I realized that any info from his channel is useless if you have to go back and double check it anyways. Always appreciate the detailed commentary, chablo. You helped me get my first solo flawless dungeon with Grasp and then every one after that. Glad to see a prismatic run for the first GM <3

I tried last night I just cant do it. I'm struggling really hard to level up to pinnacle. Power level has took a massive dump. I wont be trying again. I'm fed up dismantling stuff and bounty simulator for xp. Im alread Gunsmith level 3 because im dismantling the same pinnacles and primes

In a couple of recent videos, I've heard you say that Nova Bomb weakens targets. I just want to clarify that Nova Bomb does not apply Weaken. Rather, Nova Bomb will do extra damage to weakened targets with the artifact mod expanding Abyss.

Great content as always my guy. As for me I would, love to see you & teaching Streamers take over . I say this because you truly inform & teach where most others just basically tell you "this is what you should do" and generalize everyone to have the same skill level. Imo NOT a Datto fan. Now a days these Streamers are like the media, gotta be 1st putting out the guide or how to, even if half the guide is misinformed. But you teach, & explain. So to you I say Bravo & Thank you.

Instead of "pc players" and "console players", i think it's better to see it as "controller players" and "mnk(mouse and keyboard) players" instead. I moved from PS4 to PC 4 years ago and have been using a controller 95% of the time on PC. Alot of ppl play controller on PC and most PC D2 players are just casual gamers and working ppl just like most console gamers. The only difference between playing on a console and PC with controller is that most PC's have higher framerate, that is literally the only difference. Everything else is exactly the same. A controller player on PC plays the exact same game, and have the same limits as a console player on PS5 and the newer XBOX's. Therefore i've always seen your content as relevant for "controller players", and not just "console players". MNK players on PC are playing a completely different game and are not bound by the same limits that we are on controller. This is especially true in PVE gamemodes. They have perfect accuracy and unlimited keys they can use while still aiming and moving. On controller we have to use the same buttons for multiple things and that makes us slower to in many ways, we are also much slower at aiming and turning, we have much more recoil, and we sometimes have to take our fingers off the sticks because we dont have as many buttons as a keyboard. I've always kept watching your content since 2020 because i know that if something is the meta on console, then the meta will be the same for controller on PC.
